This place is where Kira Kozuke-no-suke, who is famous for the popular film Chushingura, used to live and is located at Ryogoku, Sumida. Chushingura is known as “Forty seven Ronin” in the world.
At last of the film, the Forty seven Ronin trespassed into this house and killed Kira for revenge of their master, Asano Naganori.
I didn’t know there is such a famous place near my house until quite recently.
